KABUL: Taliban Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi has said that wherever there is a change, a government is formed with people of his confidence, so the international community should not impose unnecessary conditions on government formation.
According to the International News Agency, Taliban Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi in a press conference, while urging the restoration of aid to the world, said that the international community should not sacrifice aid to politics.
The Foreign Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan thanked the international community for the ارب 1 billion in aid and assured that arrangements would be made to ensure that the financial assistance reaches the deserving people in a transparent manner.
