Pcb Decides Not To Replace Younis Khan With Batting Coach

Following Younis Khan’s departure, the PCB has decided not to immediately appoint a batting coach to the vacant post.

According to sources, PC officials have now decided to hand over the responsibility to head coach Misbah-ul-Haq and assistant to manager Shahid Aslam to help rectify the shortcomings of the batsmen in the series against West Indies.

It may be recalled that Younis Khan had announced his resignation from the post of batting coach two days before the team left for England.
There is no batting coach with the national team in Derby at the moment. Due to logistical problems, there will be no batting coach with the Pakistani team in the tour of England and West Indies. Talks of going were circulating.

Muhammad Yousuf will work with the players at the Test team camp starting in Karachi. Five T20 and two Test matches between Pakistan and West Indies are scheduled in July-August.
