Oxygen Shortages Kill 63 In Indonesian Hospital

Jakarta: The destruction of the Indian delta variant of Corona continues in Indonesia, 63 patients died due to lack of oxygen in the hospital in Indonesia.

According to CNN, Indonesia, the world’s fourth most populous country, is facing the deadly epidemic of corona. The new wave of corona has caused beds and oxygen shortages in hospitals across the country, and 63 patients have died in the past two days at Sard Jito Hospital in Java due to lack of oxygen.

The government has asked the gas industry to increase medical oxygen production to alleviate the oxygen shortage. According to the Indonesian Department of Health, corona has increased the country’s daily demand for oxygen to 800 metric tons.
In the last two days, 27,913 positive cases of corona have been recorded in Indonesia, while a complete emergency lockdown has been imposed in the capital Jakarta, including the islands of Bali and Java, to prevent delta variants.
